Regular Island & Store Visits

We believe visiting our accounts in person is key to maintaining our relationships.

Our sales managers visit the islands to merchandise, train sales people, check inventory, and write reorders throughout the year. We also receive monthly reports of sales and overhead from all of our accounts that we can share with you. Throughout the season we have someone traveling virtually every single week to the islands. We are always down there to understand what is going on, check on our displays and product, and to cement our positioning with our retail accounts. We also have a full-time employee dedicated to our cruise ship accounts who specializes in merchanising and training.

Because of our continued presence in the islands Duty Free Distributors is in the unique position to gain first hand knowledge of market shifts, emerging ports, and new developments. This enables us to forecast and plan for maximum exposure and sales for the vendors we represent before most retail space is allocated.

Where do we support?

We work only with the top accounts in each island. Our accounts are the Rolex, Cartier, Yurman and luxury goods dealers. They have long-standing history in the islands and have well established relationships with their vendors.
